Division Six-20-One; Return Policy:
1. Returns:
All physical products can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition, unopened, unused, and with all seals and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Eligibility:
Digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads, streaming subscriptions, and in-app purchases, are not eligible for return or refund after purchase unless they are defective upon sale.
3. Non returnable items:
Consumables, such as food, drinks, health products, and beauty products, cannot be returned after they have been opened or used. If they are unopened and in original condition, they can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
4. Digital Products:
Certain other products, as stated in product-specific return policies, may not be returnable. Please check the return policy specific to each product before purchase.
5. Damaged Items:
Products that are damaged or not in original condition due to customer handling will not be accepted for return.
6. Shipping returns:
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Terms for Returns:
Any items returned after the 14-day period without prior authorization will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
8. Refunds:
Once the return has been approved and received, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
