Answer: Yes; Depending on the circumstances such as our error, defective, or damage product, we will process returns for customers, however, the return process is the customers responsibility to ship back. Orders not returned properly may not be received and a return cannot be processed. Standard Returns Policy is as follows: 1. The return request should be made within 30 days of receiving the item. 2. Products should be returned in the original packaging and condition. Any items that have been damaged, worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return. 3. Proof of purchase is required. 4.
